- Plan, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams
- Organize documentation structure and ensure discoverability
- Adhere to documentation standards and styles
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, ReadMe), familiarity with Markdown, basic understanding of APIs and software development
