- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates

- Utilize ATS effectively
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever), employer branding knowledge
