- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Roles & Responsibility
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
- Design and develop engaging training materials and programs Deliver training sessions (in person or virtual)
- Manage the LMS platform
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Certifications in instructional design or training delivery, experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate)
