- Oversee all HR operations and manage the HR team
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs
- Advise senior management on HR matters
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Experience with HRIS implementation/management, change management experience, strong understanding of labor laws
