- Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong leadership and team management skills-In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Roles & Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Provide financial insights to senior management
- Manage cash flow and financial risk
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CA, or MBA strongly
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite), advanced financial modeling, corporate finance experience
