- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to understand customer needs and business goals
Roles & Responsibility
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Ensure customer onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve value from the product/service
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collect customer feedback
- Monitor customer health metrics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero), understanding of SaaS metrics
