  • Ability to understand customer needs and business goals

Roles & Responsibility

  • Build strong relationships with key customers
  • Ensure customer onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve value from the product/service
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Monitor customer health metrics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero), understanding of SaaS metrics
