- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures and benefits programs
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market pricing/benchmarking
- Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS and Excel
Roles & Responsibility
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for compensation
- Administer benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Analyze compensation and benefits data
- Support annual salary review and bonus processes
- Communicate programs to employees
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
Other Tools/Knowledge Preferred
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification is a plus, experience with specific compensation survey providers
